1.High-quality connection strength. It completely connects the surface particles of two materials by the computerized process of friction heating, vacuum, and instant pressure connection.

The tensile strength of connection part of friction welding is higher than that of the material. As you can see it on the upper pictures that show the result of tensile strength test, the connection part is not broken unlike the part of the material. In case of carbon steel, the part of connection can be hardened by the heat of friction welding. However, the special heating process of our processing line enables the original material to keep its own tensility.

2. Easy connection of nonferrous metals or two different metals..
	Unlike CO2 welding, resistance welding, and electronic beam welding, friction welding makes it possible to connect nonferrous metals and two different metals without difficulty.

3. Highly precision welding. The speedy friction welding hardly changes the condition of materials. Its perfection is proved by the non-breaking test like RㆍT, MㆍT, and UㆍT.

4. Broad welding technology applying to several materials.
	Different size and thick materials-rod+rod, rod+pipe, plate+pipe, plate+rod-can be easily connected. It also makes possible to weld several and complicated parts efficiently
